Educating the Public
The Washington State Bar offers a number of consumer information pamphlets. Written in non-lawyer language, these pamphlets educate individuals and their rights and responsibilities, answer frequently asked questions, and explain basic aspects of Washington State Law as it pertains to certain subjection.
Protecting the Consumer
The Office of the Attorney General for the State of Washington Consumer Protection Division maintains a web page entitled "Consumer Issues A-Z" which provides wide variety of informational topics and brochures pertaining to common consumer problems. It also provides a forum to file a consumer complaint.
